I have a proven track record in managing new openings through my time working for one of the larger food service organisations in Ireland where I was responsible for project managing over 50 New Openings. 

I have  worked alongside both established international brands as well as helped new brands establish their foothold in the market.

I have a very structured approach and methodology which ensures complete client transparency and control of the project from inception, through planning, delivery and close-down ensuring your project is delivered on-time and on-budget.
